Seahive is a true expression of the flavors of Utah. Sweet and creamy, we rub the rind of this Utah cheddar with local wildflower honey and ancient salt. Yes, ancient salt. Our salt is harvested from a pristine ocean deposit in Redmond, Utah. This gives Seahive its signature pinkish hue.

    Review of Seahive cheese

    I love the subtle, delicious taste of this cheese. It was by accident that I discovered it. A small package of the cheese came in a recent Harry and David box because I signed my husband up for a year-long fruit and cheese gift. We loved the cheese and guided by the information in the package, I ordered some.
