Kokos is made with fresh, pasteurized cow’s milk and a healthy dash of organic coconut cream added for extra flavor and creaminess. It's a delightfully unique cheese with a nutty taste and a touch of refreshing sweetness.

We ship perishable items in thermo-insulated cardboard boxes with reusable ice packs to insure that you food items arrive in good shape.

All cheeses we slice to order and wrap in cheese paper as we want you to enjoy original flavor of cheese - not damaged by vacuum or plastic.

All meats which require slicing we slice to order and lay it out on wax paper (deli-style) so it is easy to separate slices. Then we pack it in a plastic pouch with nitrogen purge (again, to make it easy to separate pieces we don't vacuum the meats but use commercial style food grade inert gas mix).

CALIFORNIA: Monday - Thursday.

OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA: Monday - Wednesday.

Note that the shipping method (for example, overnight) doesn't mean that your order will be processed and shipped on the same day you placed the order. Generally, allow us at least one day for processing your order as we slice and wrap everything by hand to order.

Any US federal holidays may delay the shipment.

We have now purchased this cheese 3x from Cured and Cultivated. Its totally awesome. A nice amenity is it always has tasty treats in the bag of new things to try. Also, its ready super fast for pick up. A 5 Start cheese shop.

Best cheese that I've tried

I bought 1 lb of this. I have zero concerns that I will not finish it. $45 for 1 lb of cheese? Worth it. Pending your tastes and diet, this cheese can come off as a bit salty. But after the initial taste, the saltiness goes away and all you can taste is very clean and fresh cheese with a medium coconut flavor. It is complimentary vs overbearing and is quite lovely. I would recommend this to anyone entertaining, as it pairs very well with a dry white wine, I have found. This cheese I use as a tasting cheese, I do not use it to cook with as the flavor is so outstanding on it's own, it deserves the spotlight
