Depending on the meal we use Mr. Bing mild or spicy. Both are excellent!

So far we have only used the medium heat - perfect for me but my husband is game to go hotter. Very happy with the product and so beyond excited to find an amazing product that happens to be kosher!!!! Yeah !!!
