What’s in it?

While a classic London dry gin is juniper forward, Botanivore explores how lush gin can be when juniper berries are surrounded by a whole host of complementary botanicals.
In addition to juniper, you'll find angelica root, fresh California bay, bergamot peel, black peppercorn, caraway, cardamom, fresh cilantro, cinnamon, citra hops, coriander, dill seed, fennel seed, ginger, lemon peel, lime peel, orris root, Seville orange peel, and star anise.

The Process

We vapor-infuse juniper berries, bay laurel, and fresh cilantro. The other 16 ingredients are distilled in the pot of our 1,500-liter still after being steeped overnight.

The Experience

Fresh and elegantly herbaceous, with bright citrus, subtle floral notes, earth, and spice, Botanivore is remarkable for its depth of flavor. It’s a perfectly balanced, deeply layered gin.

Botanivore shines in a Gibson, where the onion garnish brings out its savory notes. In a Spanish-style Gin Tonica, your choice of garnish will highlight different botanicals. Botanivore’s dill seed and caraway bring extra nuance to a Snapper, while a Southside highlights the citrus and ginger in its botanical bill.
